Common Questions

Before you call.

Do I need experience?

CDL-A is required. Experience is preferred, but tell us about your background — we'll talk it through on the call.

What's the freight like?

Dry van, no-touch, live load and unload. No flatbed, no reefer, no touch freight.

How does home time actually work?

Company drivers are home every other night, with back-to-back nights on weekends — either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday depending on the load schedule. Owner operators set their own schedule entirely.

What if I decline a load?

Owner operators — no problem at all. We offer, you decide, and we keep going to the next one. Company drivers — we ask for open communication, and we'd rather you take a good load than turn it down, but we're reasonable about it.

What truck will I drive?

A company-owned Volvo VNL 670 with a brand new APU, pulling a 53ft dry van trailer. It's a 10-speed manual, so you'll need to know how to drive one.

When do I get paid?

Every Friday, direct deposit. No exceptions, no delays.
